Two Easy Ways to See Us – Curbside and Drop-Off!

As part of your family’s trusted healthcare team we are remaining open to serve your pets, but with significant modifications made to our operations to minimize contact and risk of spreading the Coronavirus.

At This Time, We Are Asking Clients To Please Wear Masks Or Other Face Coverings If You Are Entering Our Hospital For Any Reason. 


CURBSIDE Appointments in 4 Easy Steps:

STEP ONE: Call us at 805-369-2222 to schedule your pet’s CURBSIDE appointment, which means you will have a scheduled time for us to see your pet and you will wait in your car while we see your pet in our animal hospital!

STEP TWOVisit our website and complete the Intake Appointment Form before your pet’s appointment. You can complete and submit the form directly online or you can download the PDF and email it to us at help@lastablasAH.com. You can also call our office so we can assist you in getting us the right information prior to your curb side appointment.

STEP THREE: Call us from the parking lot when you arrive for your appointment and a member of the LTAH staff will direct you on where to drop off your pet at our hospital. Our medical team will perform a regular exam on your pet and call you to discuss treatment options. Approval of services and payments can all be handled directly over the phone.

STEP FOUR: Once your pet’s services are complete and payment has been made, you pick up your pet from our pick up room.

DROP-OFF Appointments in 4 Easy Steps:

STEP ONE: Call us at 805-369-2222 to schedule your pet’s DROP OFF appointment, which means you will have a scheduled time to drop off your pet with us and we will examine your pet and call you with a treatment plan over the phone.

STEP TWOVisit our website and complete the Intake Appointment Form before your pet’s appointment. You can complete and submit the form directly online or you can download the PDF and email it to us at help@lastablasAH.comYou can also call our office so we can assist you in getting us the right information prior to your drop off appointment.

Increased Precautions:

At Las Tablas Animal Hospital, we are known for our impeccably clean and welcoming hospital. However, we have ramped up the regular sanitizing of all touched areas including doorknobs, computer terminals, and workspaces. We are practicing good hygiene with frequent hand washing and having employees stay home if they show any signs of illness. Other increased precautions we are taking include:

ADJUSTED OFFICE HOURS. We are adjusting our office hours in order to accommodate our community and staff. Please note our new office hours are Monday – Saturday 8:00am- 4:30pm. Please call us before you plan to make a trip to pick up medications or food, so we can have everything ready for you. 

Conducting pet exams without owners present. Pet’s can be dropped off at the door and transferred to a LTAH member. Patient histories can be taken over the phone and treatment plans, discharge instructions and payments will also all be conducted via phone when possible.

We are here to serve our community and to help your animal companions stay healthy. As you know, pets are wonderful stress-relievers and we want to make sure we do all we can to assist safely during these challenging times.

We ask anyone who is actively sick, showing symptoms of COVID-19, or anyone who has been exposed to COVID-19 to stay at home and call us. We can arrange for medication or food purchases to be brought to your car.
